  1. Access our hotel reservation service with your personal login & password that you have received to the email address you provided us on the registration contract. If you have any problem, please send a mail to registration.dept@reedmidem.com.
  
  2. Select the hotel of your choice. Our online tool offers to search hotels for visual tours and photos online in order to make your selection easier.
• FOR EXHIBITORS
  1. Online hotel booking will be available for exhibitors by the end of August 2008
  
  2. In the meantime, your preferred hotel or category is to be indicated on the “Exhibitor Registration contract”, and returned to the registration department. Once processed, the hotel department will then proceed with your hotel reservations (subject to availability).

Alternatively, you can still print out the Accommodation Instructions & Request Form & return it to our hotel dept. However, we strongly recommend that you book online as we cannot guarantee your hotel preferences will be accorded.
