SERVICES DURING THE SHOW
COLLECTING YOUR BADGE & GUIDE
  • Registered participants can obtain their MIPIM Horizons 2008 badges at the dedicated desks. To avoid queues, we strongly recommend you take advantage of our pre-registration service.
  • Your free copy of the MIPIM Horizons Guide and your welcome bag will also be waiting for you at the registration desks.
CLUBS
  • The VIP Lounge is an exclusive area where investors, end-users, hotel group representatives and directors of exhibiting companies can talk business in a relaxed environment.
    *A member card will be requested at the entrance.
  • Visit the Press Club for advice and assistance on increasing your profile at MIPIM Horizons. Our International Press Service is in constant liaison with the international trade and general press.
INTERNET & MOBILE
  • Keep in touch with colleagues, partners and new contacts throughout MIPIM Horizons. Wi-Fi access is available in the Palais des Festivals via the SFR network. Sessions can only be purchased online and onsite.
    - Switch on your Wi-Fi system and select the SFR network (SSID).
    - Launch your browser, e.g. Internet Explorer. The SFR homepage will appear, with instructions on how to purchase Wi-Fi access.
  • Enjoy international phone coverage during MIPIM Horizons. Rent a mobile phone or 3G data card from Cell Hire, our mobile telephone partner. For more information, visit the Reed MIDEM page on the CellHire website.
OTHER SERVICES
  • Our Technical Department will be on-site at MIPIM Horizons to keep your stand running smoothly throughout the show.
  • The dedicated MIPIM Horizons Online Team is available to answer your questions about our online database.
  • Our bilingual hostesses are available at the Information Point to answer your questions and help you with orientation.
  • Left luggage facilities and free cloakrooms are available inside the Palais des Festivals.
  • Keep your valuables safe during MIPIM Horizons with our safety deposit service.
  • If you lose an item during the MIPIM Horizons, call our Lost and Found Property Office at 8768.
  • Payphones are located near the central lifts and bars inside the Palais des Festivals.
  • Cash machines are available in the tourism offices just outside the venue.
 
SERVICES AFTER THE SHOW
TAX REFUND

All non-French delegates are eligible for a tax refund. Tevea International, our official tax representative, will be present onsite in the Registration Area during the market.
